On Wednesday afternoon, Larry Belisle was working in a St. Cloud yard, building a access ramp to the front door for a family with three members requiring assistance just to get in and out of the house.
It was noontime, it was hot … and Belisle was wearing a black shirt.
And if he had his way, he’d be at it more often.

Chick-fil-A made its mark on St. Cloud with the grand opening of the city’s first store on Thursday.

Both Kissimmee and St. Cloud have been locations that the company has wanted to build on for at least three years. It sees Central Florida as an area not properly served for the company’s market.
