Osceola County Investigative Bureau agents Wednesday seized more than 70 marijuana plants after receiving information about possible illegal drug activity at a home.

Agents served a search warrant at 2250 Gunn Road in Kissimmee, where they located marijuana growing in two separate rooms inside the home. They took 76 plants into evidence that ranged from 4-to 6-feet-tall.

Jorge Luis Vigoa, 45, was arrested and charged with cultivation of cannabis and theft of utilities. The investigation is ongoing with additional charges pending.

The Osceola County Investigative Bureau is a multi-agency task force working in conjunction with the State Attorney's Office and comprised of Osceola County Sheriff's deputies, St. Cloud Police Department officers, Kissimmee Police Department officers and Florida Department of Law Enforcement agents who investigate vice, narcotics and organized crime.
