The Orange-Osceola State Attorney's Office filed criminal charges today that stemmed from an investigation into the white supremacist American Front group in Osceola County.

Count 1: Directing the activities of a gang (Marcus Faella)

Count 2: Conspiracy to shoot at, within, or into a building (Christopher Brooks, Dustin Perry, Dylan Rettenmaier, Mark McGowan Jr., Paul Jackson, Marcus Faella, Patirica Faella, Diane Stevens, John Wyczlinski).

Count 3: Paramilitary training – teaching (Marcus Faella)

Count 4: paramiliary training – participation: (Christopher Brooks, Dustin Perry, Dylan Rettenmaier, Kent McLellan, Verlin Lewis, Mark McGowan Jr., Paul Jackson, Richard Stockdale, Marcus Faella, Patricia Faella, Diane Stevens, Jennifer McGowan, John Wyczlinski)

Defendants out on bond will not be rearrested.

The criminal charges stem from an investigation into the militia styled American Front (AF), an anti-Semitic, white supremacist organization that is known as a domestic terrorist organization located near Holopaw. The arrests follow an investigation by the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) in partnership with local law

enforcement and the Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation (MBI). Arrests were made with the assistance of the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, Orange County Sheriff’s Office and St. Cloud Police Department.

“Today Central Floridians sent a strong message to our communities - the message that criminal behavior whose thesis is hate and intolerance will not be allowed to flourish in our neighborhoods,” State Attorney Lawson Lamar said.

No calculation has or will be made on potential sentences if these charges result in convictions according to the State Arttorney's Office. The charges are only allegations and do not constitute a proof of guilt. Each defendant has the right to a trial by jury and is cloaked with the presumption of innocence.
