Dad has enough neckties.

He would rather be flying high, eating steak or seeing a favorite film this Father’s Day.

Those are just a few of the options around Central Florida this Father’s Day.

Caddyshack is among the most popular films for guys, and dad can see this classic “golfing” film at the Enzian Theatre in Maitland Sunday and even get a bottle of Blue Moon beer with admission.

Caddyshack (Rated R) will be screened at 1 p.m. Tickets are $8.

Come early and there are lunch and drink specials at the Eden Bar (starting at 11 a.m.)

There are half-price pitchers all day, $5 cheese pizzas, 50 cents chicken wings, $5 onion rings and $12 churrasco steak.

Fogo de Chao

Speaking of steak, dad won’t forget this Father’s Day if you take him to Fogo de Chao, the Brazilian steak house at 8282 International Drive in Orlando.

Fogo is one of those restaurants that is great for a special occasion.

Dads who dine this Sunday will receive a complimentary lunch or dinner card for their next visit at the restaurant.

Fogo has a prix fixe menu featuring 16 freshly grilled meats carved tableside from roasting skewers and traditional Southern Brazilian side dishes from a 30 item gourmet salad and sides bar.

Azteca’s

The Kissimmee Mexican restaurant is offering dad a free domestic beer on Father’s Day (one per table). Azteca’s is located at  809 N. Main Street in downtown Kissimmee. Phone 407-933-8155.

History center

Dad gets free admission to the Orange County Regional History Center Sunday.

All dads will be admitted free during regular museum operating hours noon-5 p.m.

Orange County Regional History Center is located at  65 East Central Blvd., at the corner of Magnolia Ave., in downtown Orlando.

Parking is available in the Public Library parking garage on Central Blvd. Regular admission: adults $9, seniors (60+), students, and military with I.D. $7, and children ages 5-12 $6. Historical Society Members and children ages 4 and under are free.

The Orange County Regional History Center, housed in a restored historic five-story 1927 county courthouse in downtown Orlando, showcases the vast collection of the Historical Society of Central Florida, Inc. The museum, a Smithsonian Institution affiliate and accredited by the American Association of Museums, also presents nationally important limited-run exhibitions. Tijuana Flats

The Tijuana Flats restaurant in Kissimmee (south of the city on South Orange Blossom Trail at Publix shopping center) also has a free deal for dad on Sunday. Buy an entrée get second entrée of equal or less price for free.

Flying high

For something more exotic, the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association are offering introductory $99 (approximate) flying lessons at flight schools nationwide. You can find the closet participating flight school at www.letsgoflying.com. Let’s Go Flying is a learn-to-fly outreach initiative sponsored by the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.

On Golden Pond

Dad can spend Father’s Day with Norman and Ethel Thayer On Golden Pond.

The classic drama-comedy is at the Pointe Performing Arts Center and fathers and grandfathers will be admitted free Father’s Day.

It’s the love story made famous by Henry Fonda, Katherine Hepburn and Jane Fonda with its tale of family bonding and growing old.Dads and grandfathers are admitted free with each paid admission.

The theater is offering dinner and a show packages for all shows that include parking validation and complete meal at Taverna Opa or BB Kings (also at The Pointe) for $40 as well as regular admission tickets for $15-$20.

Showtimes are Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 7  p.m.
