Two Osceola High basketball players have been selected to participate at the Florida Association of Basketball Coaches all-star game today at Lake Mary Prep.

 

Rising senior Jasmine Rios and rising junior Montana Bass will represent the Lady Kowboys at the game, which features many of the state’s top players according to OHS Coach Barner Cooks.

“If you look at the list (of participants), you will see that it is loaded with talent, many of the players are from state champion teams and many of the players are D-1 talents,” Cooks said.

Joining Rios and Bass at the game are Timber Creek’s Christina Potts; Edgewater’s Tremaine McCullough and Haley Clark; Taryn Griffey, Sydnei McCaskill and Hannah Schaible from Dr. Phillips; Colonial’s Nina Guillaume; Lake Nona’s Brooke Kelly and Jalisa Swift; Orlando Jones’ Dominique Simpson and Angela Jernigan; Hagerty’s Corey Duren; Destiny Walker from Lake Highland Prep; Lyman’s Micah Garvin; Shannon Cranshaw from Father Lopez and Haines City’s Brekia Henderson and Jone´ Atkins.
