Osceola County Sheriff's deputies need the public's help in locating Jesse Pacheco, 16, who escaped from the Adolescent Residential Campus (ARC) located at 5970 N. Orange Blossom Trail in Intercession City.

The ARC is a residential facility for youth who are required by a judge to stay in the care of the Department of Juvenile Justice for an extended period of time.

On June 27 at approximately 8:54 p.m., Osceola County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to the ARC and spoke with staff members who said Pacheco was seen leaving by another juvenile after the fire alarm went off at approximately 8:35 p.m.

Deputies with the assistance of Aviation and K-9 Units searched the area, but were unable to locate Pacheco, spokeswoman Twis Lizasuain said. A pick up order was issued for his arrest.

Pacheco is described as a white male, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall and 120 pounds. He might be wearing a light blue T-shirt with the word “dolphin” printed in black on the back.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Osceola County Sheriff's Office at (407) 348-2222 or Crimeline at (800) 423-TIPS (8477). Calls made to Crimeline remain anonymous, and tips that lead to the felony arrest of suspects and/or the recovery of stolen property and drugs are eligible for cash rewards of up to $1,000 dollars.
