Santos scholarship
A fund has been set up at CFE Federal Credit Union for Osceola High soccer player Allanfredo Santos, who recently earned a scholarship to Richmond International Academic and Soccer Academy in Leeds, England.
Santos must provide the school with $1,200 to hold his place for the upcoming school year.

Baldwin at Pan Am
Osceola High wrestler Fox Baldwin, a two-time state champion, has been selected to the U.S. Pan American team that will compete at Maracaibo, Venezuela, July 10-16. From Venezuela, Baldwin will fly to Fargo, N.D., for the  U.S. National Freestyle championships.
Baldwin was recently accepted to the U.S. Wrestling 2020 Olympics developmental program.
Baldwin must raise about $3,700 for the trips to Venezuela and Fargo. Those wishing to contribute may  at will pate for the United States at the Pan American Games.

Osc. Senior Softball
Osceola Senior Softball welcomes players ages 55-over for pickup games year around.
All skill levels are welcome. The games are played Mondays and Fridays at 8:30 a.m. at the Denn John fields, adjacent to Valencia College.

Harmony FB camp
Harmony High will hold a football camp July 23-26 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. for children in grades K-8.

SC youth soccer
The St. Cloud Soccer Club will hold registration for ages 4-17 for recreation and competitive leagues at the soccer fields at 2701 Missouri Ave. for the 2012-2013 season.
Registration dates are July 14 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.; July 20 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and August 11 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

SC golf camp
PGA professionals Doug Holloway and Ernie Cruz will hold the Royal St. Cloud Golf Links youth camp July 10-12, July 17-19 and July 24-26.
Sessions begin at 8 a.m. and end at 10 a.m. The fee is $110. Children ages 6-15 are eligible. Golf skills, rules and etiquette are topics of the camp. Clubs will be provided.

SC tennis camp
The St. Cloud High tennis camp is July 9-13 from 8 to 11:30 a.m. at the high school courts.
The fee is $50. Children of all skill levels  ages 9 and up are welcome.
St. Cloud High tennis coach Dallas Kelsey, with more than 40 years of teaching experience, and St. Cloud High girls assistant coach Lauren McCreless, an instructor at Florida State, will conduct the camp.

Open gym volleyball
The City of Kissimmee Parks, Recreation & Public Facilities Department will offer youth volleyball open gym on Fridays, and adult open gym volleyball on Tuesdays.
Youth open gym volleyball is available for players ages 8-16. It will be played through August at Denn John Middle School from 6:30 to 9 p.m.
Adult open gym volleyball is for players age 16-over. it is held from 6:30 to 10 p.m. Tuesdays.
The fee for both youth and adult open gym is $3 (cash only) per visit, or a punch card can be purchased on site for $20 for 20 visits.

Predators youth FB
The Poinciana Predators Youth Football & Cheerleading Organization is holding registration for football players and cheerleaders, ages 4-14.
The fee is $75 for football and $140 for cheer. The league plays at Vance Harmon Park (by Country Club Road and Cypress Park Way). Last season the Senior football players (ages 13-14) won the AYF National Championship and the Mighty Mite cheerleaders (ages 7-8) won the United Cheer National Championship.

Water polo, diving
Youth ages 8-18 may join Toho Water Polo or Dive Osceola offered at the Makinson Aquatic Center in association with the Kissimmee Parks and Recreation Department.
No experience is necessary, but students must demonstrate swimming ability.

SC Aquatic Team
The  St. Cloud Aquatic Team, a U.S.  Swimming affiliate, welcomes swimmers ages 5-and-over who have experience swimming the length of the pool with a crawl stroke.
