Osceola placed third at a Winter Park summer girls basketball league held at The Geneva School last week.
The Lady Kowboys, coached by Barner Cooks, were 5-3 with the losses coming against Class 4A state qualifier Orlando Jones and twice to Metro Conference power Colonial.
The league was run by Sarah Jenkins, the Florida Association of Basketball Coaches Class 2A Coach of the Year.
Osceola, Harmony, St. Cloud, Gateway and Lake Nona are playing in a summer league for the next three weeks on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at St. Cloud Middle School.
