Detectives need public’s help in identifying smoke shop robbery suspect

Osceola County Sheriff’s detectives need the public’s help in identifying a robbery suspect.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office is searching for this suspect who robbed the VIP Smoke Shop, 2071 E. Osceola Parkway in Kissimmee.

The investigation began on July 4 at approximately 2:08 p.m., when deputies responded to VIP Smoke Shop, 2071 E. Osceola Parkway in Kissimmee. The store employee said an unknown male entered the store and made a purchase.
Several minutes later, the man returned to the store, smashed the counter with a brick and took several items before leaving the store.
The suspect is described as a black male in his early 20’s, 5 foot 7 inches to 5 foot 10 inches tall, and weighing approximately 160 to 190 pounds. He was wearing a brown and white shirt with dark shoes and shorts.

Calls made to Crimeline remain anonymous, and tips that lead to the felony arrest of suspects and/or the recovery of stolen property and drugs are eligible for cash rewards of up to $1,000.
