Kissimmee Police Department detectives Wednesday arrested 24-year-old Matthew Alvarado and charged him with capital sexual battery.

On Tuesday, officers responded to the victim’s home in reference to a sexual battery that had occurred three weeks prior. Officers met with the victim’s mother and grandmother who told them that the 6-year-old female victim disclosed that Alvarado, a family friend, touched her inappropriately.

Alvarado was taken into custody and charged with sexual battery. He was transported to the Osceola County Jail with no bond.

FINALLY, there is a GOD...this man has to be stopped, first his sister when she was young and now a little girl...let this be a lesson to the Osceola County Court System when this man was an alleged victim in 2007 from gun shots the judge and the state will not allow the defense to bring up the real reasons that led to his shooting and categorized it as gang violence...he is a crack addict and a child molestor...The Lord is good and he will finally be judged!!!
