Update: At approximately 12:15 p.m., Osceola County Sheriff's deputies located Destinee Fields in the Orlando area and she is currently in DCF custody. She was found in good health, but as a precaution was taken to Arnold Palmer Hospital.

Osceola County Sheriff's deputies need the public's help in locating a 16-year-old disabled teen who recently had a liver transplant.

Destinee Fields was last seen on July 19 at approximately 6:45 a.m. when she left her residence on Aspenwood Circle to take a bus to Gateway High School. Destinee is communicating via Internet and detectives believe she is still in Kissimmee, possibly in the Mill Slough area, Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Twis Lizasuain said.

Destinee is a foster child and has left home in the past. She recently had a liver transplant but does not have her medication with her.

Destinee is described as a white female, approximately 5 feet 2 inches, 116 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a hooded jacket, a white T-shirt, blue jeans and dark colored shoes.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Destinee is asked to call the Osceola County Sheriff's Office at (407) 348-2222 or Crimeline at (800) 423-TIPS (8477). Calls made to Crimeline remain anonymous and, tips that lead to the felony arrest of suspects and/or the recovery of stolen property and drugs are eligible for cash rewards of up to $1,000 dollars.
