A bus stop shelter in St. Cloud was severely damaged in a hit-and-run crash last week, possibly involving a blue Chevrolet Trailblazer, St. Cloud police reported.

Police were called to the corner of 13th Street and Commerce Center Drive at 8:14 a.m. Feb. 14. They discovered about $18,000 in damage to the bus shelter. The crash occurred sometime after 5:45 p.m. the day before the damage was discovered, police reports said.

The vehicle that struck the shelter, which evidence indicates could be a Trailblazer, was left with significant damage to its passenger-side.

The owner of the terminal, 20/20 Media, is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of the person who caused the crash. Anyone with information that may assist in this investigation can call the St. Cloud Police Department at 407-891-6700 or anonymously through Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS.
