The Osceola County Sheriff's Office has asked the public for help in locating two suspicious persons.

On Oct. 29, Sheriff's Office deputies took a report from an 11-year-old female who said she was walking home from school at approximately 2:15 p.m. on Halifax Drive in Poinciana when a vehicle approached her near the intersection of Peabody Road. Two men were in the vehicle and the driver told her he was sent by her mother to pick her up and then told her to get in the front seat or “something bad will happen to you.” The victim fled the area and reported the incident to her parents, who called law enforcement.
According to the victim, both men spoke Spanish. The driver was described as a Hispanic male in his mid 20s with short black hair, clean shaven with a thin build. He was wearing a green T-shirt and had a piercing above his left eye.
The other man is described as a Hispanic male, in his mid 30s with short black hair and a tattoo on his left arm of a girl and multicolor star. The vehicle was a white, newer model, mid-size four-door car with a black bumper and black and chrome rims.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Osceola County Sheriff's Office at 407-348-2222 or Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS (8477).
