St. Cloud Mayor Rebecca Borders presented three proclamations during a St. Cloud City Council Regular Meeting May 9 in City Hall.

The Osceola County Clerk of Court employee for the month of April is Peggy Lay.

The New York Artist Shop in downtown St. Cloud is hosting an artist reception Friday from 5 to 9 p.m. to feature artist of the month Tricia Eisen.
