The 40th annual board meeting of the Association of Poinciana Villages (APV) was held on Feb. 12 at the Poinciana Community Center.

Valentin Ramos, former assistant manager of APV, addressed the board and thanked them for allowing him to present an option to Poinciana’s existing form of government.
