A Celebration resident pleaded guilty to two counts of production of child pornography using the Internet after he persuaded minors to send him images and videos of themselves engaging in sexually explicit conduct via the Internet, according to court documents. United States Attorney Robert E. O’Neill announced Friday that John David Baker, 29, a Celebration resident and citizen of the United Kingdom, faces a minimum of 15 years, and up to 30 years in prison for each count, and a potential life term of supervised release.

Johnny Lee Hilton was found guilty Tuesday of the 1989 murder of septuagenarian Bertha Hemminghaus after being linked by DNA evidence in 2011 to her brutal slaying.

A jury found Hilton, 54, guilty of first-degree murder and sexual battery with a deadly weapon.
