The Osceola Chamber celebrated its 99th annual meeting and gala Caribbean style with its Habana Nights themed extravaganza at Disney’s Coronado Springs resort.

The Chairman of the Board’s gavel was passed to Carlos Velez of the Osceola Magic. Guillermo Hansen, the publisher of the Osceola Star who passed away in 2023, was posthumously inducted into the Chamber’s Hall of Fame, and the annual Unity Award was named in his honor. It was awarded to Osceola County Property Appraisers Communications Director Rachel McIntee. The Linda Goodwin-Nichols Service Award went Tammy Douglas, CEO of Help Now of Osceola, the county’s domestic violence advocacy center. Mary Cooper was honored with the Chairman's Award.
