On Thursday, June 27, the Osceola School District will open its full-time teachers application process for this upcoming school year, with a minimum salary of $49,000, and host an invitation-only event from 1-3 p.m. Invited candidates will receive additional details regarding the location and schedule for the day with their invitation.

To be considered for an invitation, the School District said it will need to establish an applicant’s eligibility for a teaching certificate in Florida. Those not deemed eligible for this event can still be eligible to be hired at a later date.

Qualified new teachers that will receive the invitation and a run down of what will happen during the event. The application can be completed online and be determined on whether eligibility, certification status and or degree major is appropriate to be invited to the event. Documents such as teaching certificates, college transcripts, statements of eligibility and/or passing test scores are encouraged to expedite the screening process.
