Have you heard about the trolley to take you to and from downtown St. Cloud? Richard Lawrence of Toho Riverboat Adventure will be behind the “wheel” of the all-electric 14-passenger trolley, which will pick up passengers at Lakefront Park, go down Massachusetts Avenue and around the downtown area.

The testing of the downtown trolley will be today during the 4th on the Lake Celebration. The plan is to have the trolley run for free on weekends and during special events.

For now, the trolley is being privately funded by Toho Riverboat Adventures and local business owners—Granny’s Smokehouse, Phyre, Gen-X Pizza and 10th Street Deli.

Make sure you check out the trolley tonight.
